Currently, I'm fighting the flab as you all should gather from my Facebook and Twitter, but I've come to grips with the fact that I don't mind being big. I'm a real person. Sure I can diet, but I don't care that I like to eat.
So I get like 100+ anonymous questions/statements on "formspringme" a day, like
"can you say slim fast?"
"why do you think you're piff"
"slag"
LOL
Usually I'd just air them, but I think it's time you all realised, that yeah, okay for that one or two seconds it might hurt, but in all honesty, you're not brave enough to leave your name because you know I could probably parr you out if I decided to take an extra 5 minutes out of my day.
So where am I going with this post?

F*ck all the sob story about fat and I'm not this and I'm not that.. At the end of the day I have big boobs and I should be able to put them to good use right? Like "f*ck all the haters" and blah blah?? LOL Wrong?
I mean Pinky is a rapper/pornstar...
But at the end of the day is this the message I want to put out.
For 30 minutes I put up a rather, umm, racey picture on twitter today as my twitcon and automatically I got 30 new followers and ontop of that my blog recieved A LOT OF VIEWS as well as my music got more plays and videos etc.
Proving to me that sex sells.
But the question, I guess, is where does it stop?
Do us bigger girls have to start f*cking about to get radio play and boost our self esteem in the media?
Do we have to play on our assets to get somewhere in life?
I guess all I'm trying to say is that I have a lot of respect for myself, eventhough pictures seem like I don't, I do. But in this day and age, media does not have respect for anybody pressurising younger girls, women to almost be grateful for being treated as a cheap piece of meat. This needs to stop because every girl has the right to feel sexy, you all just need to stop and think.
So you think:
"wow that picture seems a bit slag-ish"
the girl is probably thinkng:
"this is how I get that one guy to notice me"
And while the rest of the world takes the p*ss out of her, she feels ontop of the world because a guy she's always had a crush on her notices for 5 minutes?!
Was it even worth the wank?!!
It's there for all those youngers that have made the mistake (including myself as I have already written about), a personal protest from myself to you to let you all know
I'm comfortable and so should most females.
Anything one chick can do, every chick can do the same in their own way.
That's my way.
So if you've seen the picture, enjoy sterotyping me as a slag etc,.
& if the twitter number rises up, who should be ashamed?

ReplyDeleteits a catch 22 situation....yes short term it does give you exposure as we all know, sex sells....also grabs the attention of people for the "wrong reason" and I'm guilty for being caught out also (male weakness and all lol).
ReplyDeletehowever, it does mean it defines you as a sexual object. in the short term, yes it may bring fruition however, long term, it means you have to keep up the appearance as they say.
"sex sells until a younger and seemingly better model comes out" quote me lol
I agree completely, but who's too say that that model/person is really and truely any sexier?

I know exactly how you feel, I did it myself at 14! So I was just hurt when I saw more lil' girls doing it to more extreme levels. But thanks for reading! x

ReplyDeleteKeep it up. You're right, self-esteem is the way to go. If the guy doesn't notice a girl for what she is, he's probably not worth her while.
