BLACK HISTORY

Okay, so it's Black History Month in the UK.
In Liverpool there's so much going on, and it happens every year. All ethnic communities come together and celebrate the fact that it is Black History and we remember those who have been racially attacked, tormented, we remmeber those who helped change the world and we remember those who people who made us proud to be who we are.
(me performing last year in BHM for Yellowman!)
I mean as a Liverpudlian I take BHM seriously. Okay, we were the CAPITAL for the Slave Trade and the SLave Trade History in Liverpool is so big that we have a museum for it! But it's not just that, it's the one time people at school learn about Black History - which is disgusting that they need to wait for the MONTH to do that. On top of that, we don't just celebrate black history, we celebrate the history of many cultures and ethnicities.

It just seems that London isn't representing. Okay, I've been here a month, but it's Black History Month - there's no events, no celebration.. NADA.
So what's with that? Surely there is somewhere.. It's BHM in the CAPITAL CITY. :/

So guys, if you can see this post and you know of some events, let us know. Leave a comment, tweet me or something!

HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!
